Giant Gift Bows

I have to make a giant bow for the parents of my birthday, any idea how?
Ok so here is my story, my Dad can not afford to have my mom a gift for their anniversary, but we're all going to the shore on a beach family vacation, which, due to prices gas, which actually can not afford, so I suggested to my father that he and my mom goes for a walk at night to see the sunset and when they come to water, there is this huge loop on the beach, it is your gift of this year, the sea. He thought it was great, only one slight problem, we have no idea how to do big ass and a bow that can not afford to spend fifty dollars on a buy mostly because it's something you'll use once! Anyway, any suggestions would be great, and please, if you find this idea or this issue corny and silly, do not let them know? I'm sick of the answers given here at the rude behavior and out of place and not even a legitimate response. So please do not let rude opinions to yourself here ok? positive feedback and suggestions are welcome however. Thanks a ton!
The film will be using will cost more. Why not let your mom and dad have a romantic picnic? A nice picnic candlelight on the beach. I think it will be the most memorable of all.
