is the iTunes gift card code generator Legal?

I have seen many videos on youtube so on the iTunes gift card code generator and I wondering is it legal to use?. I do not want to download it. If going to have trouble with the law also makes it really work?

Codes do not work anyway iTunes card must be activated at the register (which is why you can not scrape the gray matter and use the code in the shop) So any code generate any of them would be used or not activated.
