Gift for a 13-year old girl who lives in China?

Hello,
I’m looking for a gift for my 13-year old friend from China who doesn’t speak very good English. If there is any more information you need to know, ask and I will put in Additional Information.

Nowadays it’s not easy to find something that’s not “made in China”, this is the most difficult part in choosing a gift for people living inside China. If she lives in a place where it snows, a set of wool caps/scarf/gloves would be nice. If not, try purse/handbag, low cut socks.

Nintendo DS Lite Charger burst?

I was working and playing against my friend and I had connected and charging, and suddenly, there was a buzz a few seconds and then a loud explosion. When I looked in the false floor of my charger was in three separate pieces. Tocheck I have the maintenance guy who put out and to the test socket and said its fine. He says it was the charger that was defective. I have the NDS Lite from a telephone company. It was my free gift with contract phone so I do not know who to blame. Luck was not at home cos my kids could have been close to him. I've only had since December 2007.
